Welding Transducers

To complement our digital welding generator we offer mating transducers/converters designed to the high specifications demanded by welding applications. We offer a line of standard products and can make custom designs.

 

High Amplitude General Purpose Transducers

Our digital welding generators and multi-frequency MMM generators may use our welding type transducers/converters to address special applications where high amplitude ultrasonic activity is required. In addition to our standard products and can make custom designs for special applications.

 

Cleaning Transducers

To complement our digital cleaning generator or multi-frequency MMM generators we offer a complete line of cleaning type transducers/converters designed to meet the demands of industrial cleaning applications.

 

Moderate Amplitude General Purpose  Transducers

Our line of cleaning type transducers/converters may be used for custom applications where moderate amplitudes are required. Our digital cleaning generator or multi-frequency MMM generators may be adapted to these special applications.

Submersible Box Arrays

We offer a line of standard and custom submersible box transducer arrays that provide a simple solution for making a highly efficient ultrasonic bath from nearly any tank constructed of stainless steel or plastic. These flexible box arrays may be mounted to the bottom or side wall of your tank. Our box transducers are constructed of very high quality stainless steel. Custom Plate Arrays

Our plate transducer arrays are available as bolt-on sub-assemblies for  special applications and OEM baths. They offer a convenient solution for stainless steel baths that require externally mounted transducers. These sub-assemblies allow clients to take advantage of our assembly know-how in power design, bonding, and electrical wiring.   They may be mounted to the bottom or side wall of the tank. These assemblies are normally built to order with custom dimension and power rating.

Clamp-On Transducer Assembly  

The Clamp-On Transducer is a new technology that can only be applied with our MMM Multi-Frequency generators. The design opens new doors for in-line ultrasonic processing of any material of food, mixing, liquid atomizing, powder making, and sonochemical reactor applications. Single or multiple transducers are connected to a wave guide or directly to custom clamps designed to fit nearly any size tube or pipe. Our unique MMM technology offers a highly efficient transfer of ultrasonic energy to the pipe/tube constructed of stainless steel or titanium. The pipe/tube becomes a radiating element allowing internal or external material treatment. Another unique advantage of this system is the option to use a long wave guide up to 3 meters in length for high temperature or explosion proof applications.

Heavy & Large Mass Driving Transducer Assembly  

Our unique MMM generator technology allows effective driving of large mass systems with a special transducer and wave guide arrangement. This new concept allows ultrasonics to be used in new applications such as:

• Extruders (metal, plastic, food)

• Injection Mold Tools or Casting Molds

• Thick Walled chambers (e.g. CO2 cleaning)

Submersible Tube Transducers

Our unique submersible Multi-Transducer Tube system offers 360° of radiating ultrasonic energy for cleaning and sonochemical reactor applications. It may be mounted in a horizontal or vertical position to make a highly efficient ultrasonic bath from nearly any tank constructed of stainless steel or plastic. The Tube Transducer is constructed of very high quality stainless steel with a hard chromium finish. The Tube-Transducer is another  innovative accessory for the Multi-Frequency generator and may be customized for lengths from 30cm to 2 meters.

These high quality Bar-Transducers are used with our single frequency generators and provide excellent ultrasonic effects for cleaning and sonochemical applications. The Bar-Transducers may be mounted in a horizontal or vertical position in reactors or cleaning tanks. They also provide 360° of radiated ultrasonic energy along the entire length of the active bar.
